Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 1, 2026
At CalConnect, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our scheduling and client management platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, set up your profile, or use our scheduling features. This includes your name, email address, phone number, calendar availability, and meeting details. We also collect information about how you interact with our service, such as log data, device information, and usage patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve CalConnect. This includes facilitating scheduling between you and your clients, sending meeting confirmations and reminders, processing payments, and personalizing your experience. We may also use your information to communicate with you about product updates and support requests.
3. Information Sharing
We share your public profile information and availability with people who visit your booking page. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our platform (e.g., payment processors, email services), and we require them to protect your information. We may also share information when required by law.
4. Calendar & Integration Data
When you connect third-party services like Google Calendar or Zoom, we access only the data necessary to provide scheduling functionality. Calendar data is used to check availability and prevent double-bookings. We do not read, store, or analyze the contents of your calendar events beyond what is needed for scheduling.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to restrict processing. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used, which helps us improve CalConnect. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you through the app or by email if the changes are significant. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
10. Contact Us
